韩小瑜,博士、教授,1981年5月出生于山西灵石。毕业于新加坡国立大学,获理学博士学位。2012年-2014年,在新加坡国立大学从事博士后研究工作。2014年3月回国工作。主要研究方向为有机合成、药物合成、不对称催化及制药工艺研究。其首次报道的手性二肽膦催化剂由于其高效的催化效率以及广泛的应用范围已被日本东京化成(TCI)试剂公司商业化,市场前景可观。已在包括J.Am.Chem.Soc(美国化学会志,IF= 12.113),Angew.Chem.Int.Ed.(德国应用化学,IF=11.261)等国际顶级及权威期刊在内的刊物上发表SCI论文20余篇。获得了包括浙江省钱江人才计划、我校青年英才、新加坡国立大学最佳论文奖、国家优秀自费留学生奖及爱思唯尔博士奖在内的诸多荣誉及奖项。目前主持国家自然科学基金及浙江省自然科学基金项目各一项。
